guess what is available for your viewing pleasure.
i am very excited.
this weekend i listened to poems, had a slumber party, put mud on my face, saw superheros in roller skates, made chili, thought about animals, figured out what some of the buildings around my house (one is a tortilla factory) are, and listened to the new raveonettes record six times in a row (this and this).
i don't have a phone now because i ran out of money. it's meant i have to talk to everyone in the computer, which is nice.
j comes back tomorrow!

more from maine. i fell deeply in love with boats and islands. i touched a hull. i didn't think i would like islands because i like the ocean to be just the ocean for a long ways and nothing else but it turns out i do like islands. i like harbor masters, too, but didn't see any. i'm writing a harbor master story.
we got back late saturday night and had to find a place to live. we found one on sunday. it's in this part of denver called rino (river north (30th and lawrence)--denver is always doing weird things with neighborhood names). it's kind of at an intersection of five points/curtis park/and river north. it's great here (a lot of art spaces, coffee shops, boarded up buildings). our house is the size of a closet. i've been walking around.
